Something wrong with enemy tilting in space shooter extending tutorial?

Hello! I am new to working with game engines and scripting and I am very happy with Unity and am trying my hardest to utilize your program, But to the matter at hand, When I am placing the values for "dodge", "smoothing", and "tilt", I tested with 5, 5, and 5, I saved the scene and play tested, and everything was perfect until the enemy ship would try to dodge, it would dodge so fast that it would almost immediately fly outside of the boundary Is this a common problem? When I make "smoothing" = 1, the enemy does not fly off the map, but it moves like a snail I tried decimals, but it either is slow or flies outside of the boundary Please and thank you
